Summer Festival – Creativity for All Ages

Our Annual Summer Soireé in our parking lot will focus on Creativity for All Ages this year, with multiple community art projects, local artists popping up, “yard” games like “Toss the Trash” and Hula Hoops, beverages and snacks and more:
– Help us Create a BOTTLECAP MURAL: We’ve been collecting our community’s bottle caps for months, and YOU will help us turn them into a permanent work of art that will last forever since it’s made of reused plastic bottlecaps – all hands on deck!
– Create BLOCK PRINTS with MANA and learn how you can help your own community members who are in need.
– Play Jess’s brilliant and addictive yard game called “Toss the Trash,” Hula Hoop to your heart’s content, and more games.
– Shop paintings, art books, and pottery from three artists dear to our hearts.
– Sip on Chaga Chai made by Mary-Ellen with Common Root Alaska
– If it’s cool weather, we will make a fire in our firepit.
– and maybe, just maybe, there will be live music….
